Polaris AutoGlass ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS/text message program ("Program") to send appointment-related communications to customers who have opted in. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and service updates.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Polaris AutoGlass by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking or quote request form at polarisautoglass.com. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive text messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive messages related to an appointment you schedule or a quote you request. We will not send unsolicited promotional text messages without your separate consent.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Polaris AutoGlass is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages from Polaris AutoGlass at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

6. How to Re-Enroll (START)

If you have previously opted out and wish to re-enroll, you may text START to the number from which you received messages, or opt in again through the booking or quote form on our website.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Polaris AutoGlass and its service providers are not responsible for messages that are not received due to network or carrier issues.

9. Privacy

10. Compliance

This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
